Setting Installation Scope
Choose installation scope and click "Install".
All Workspaces (Recommended) – The app will be available across all workspaces in your monday.com account.
Specific Workspaces – You can restrict app usage to selected workspaces.
To avoid access issues, we recommend installing the app for All Workspaces by default.
Only admins can install apps from the marketplace and manage permissions.
If the app is installed for specific workspaces, users in other workspaces may see the app as installed but be unable to use it, potentially causing confusion and require additional admin work.

How to Verify Your Set Up?
Go to the integration center.
Navigate to "Board Automations" and make sure you have an active automation.
If you've added an automation that creates/updates a subitem based on a monday.com action (like "when subitem is created, set Date to creation date + 2 days") you should also see a webhook automation.
What is counted as 1 "action"?
Every time the automation performs an action we count it as 1 action. As an example ->
If the automation changed the status of the subitem, it's counted as 1 action. If it changed the status of 10 subitems, it's counted as 10 actions.
What happens when I run out of quota?
Once your account uses all available actions, your automations will pause automatically until the quota resets on the 1st of the next month.
We do not automatically upgrade your plan, so if you need to continue running automations, you’ll need to manually upgrade or wait for the beginning of next month.
You can easily upgrade to a higher plan anytime (and downgrade anytime as well).
Upgrading immediately refreshes your quota, and all paused automations will resume working as usual.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can easily upgrade to a higher plan anytime (and downgrade anytime as well).
While in any Monday board, click the Puzzle icon in the top-right header.
The Monday.com Marketplace interface will pop up. Click Manage at the top-right corner. You will see a list of all third-party apps installed in your Monday account.
Find the app you’re looking to upgrade and click the green button “See plans” at the right side to proceed.
Select the plan you want to upgrade to and proceed to checkout. The plan upgrade is applied to the entire Monday instance and the monthly action quota is shared by everyone.
This means that you don’t need to pay separately for each user.
NOTE: Only the account owner or admins can initiate a plan upgrade. You’ll automatically get a discount when you select Yearly billing - up to 18%!
How do I downgrade my plan?
You can easily upgrade to a higher plan anytime (and downgrade anytime as well).

What happens if I exceed my quota? Will my plan be upgraded automatically?
You will never be automatically upgraded. At the beginning of each month your automations quota will be refreshed. If you hit your tier's automation cap, your automations will be disabled until the following month when your quota is refreshed, or until you upgrade to the next available tier.

How do I track my app usage?
Currently, there is no self-serve way to track the remaining actions for a third-party app in Monday.com's user interface, but there is an "Account usage" tab in the Autopilot hub page on Monday. The Account usage tab is useful but it might not give you the precise total number actions you've consumed because it only shows you your most used automations, not all of them. (please see screenshot below for your reference)

Aside from the Autopilot hub on Monday.com, our system also sends email notifications when 50%, 75%, or 100% of the allotted actions have been used up. This is helpful information that will give you an idea if your current plan is enough. Lastly, you can always email us and we can give you the exact number of actions you have used and remaining for the month.
Can I unsubscribe anytime?
Absolutely. You can switch to the Free plan at any time directly from your app’s billing page in monday.com. You’ll keep full access to your current plan’s features until the end of your billing cycle.

If I don't use all my actions for this month, does the extra rollover to the next month?
Any unused actions don’t roll over to the following month. Each plan resets fresh on the 1st of every month.
What are Webhooks?
Webhooks are monday.com's way of sending us information so we can trigger the automation. The action count of the webhooks does not count towards the action count of your application.

I've made a lot of changes, and some of them didn't update. Why and what to do?
Subitem Automations app uses monday's API to make changes. Every account has some limit to the number of actions they're able to perform per minute via the API.
If you've made a lot of changes at once, it's likely that you've hit your limit of actions for 1 minute. Don't worry - We have a built in retry mechanism which means that once your limit if refreshed (after 1 minute) we'll continue to execute your automations.
Can I reinstall the app without losing data?
When you reinstall Subitem Automations, your existing automations will be removed and will need to be recreated from scratch.
