Understanding Timezones
If you notice differences between the event time in monday.com and your Outlook Calendar, it's likely due to timezone differences between the two platforms.
monday.com timezone
Each user has a certain timezone configured in monday.com . To check yours:Go to the avatar menu on the upper right corner → my profile → language & region → see your timezone.
Calendar timezone
Your Outlook Calendar also has its own timezone settings. To check yours:Go to your calendar → settings → timezones
How Timezones Are Handled
If monday.com and Outlook Calendar have different timezones, event times are automatically adjusted to match your calendar’s timezone.
Example:
- Your monday.com timezone is GMT+0 (London).
- Your Outlook Calendar timezone is GMT+1 (Amsterdam).
- An item scheduled for 10:00 AM in monday.com will appear as 11:00 AM in your calendar.
This ensures that event times remain accurate based on your calendar’s settings.
