How to access your invoices

How to access your invoices

TL;DR: Invoices for Subitem Automations are issued and stored by  monday.com  — not by us. Download them from your  monday.com  account: profile picture → Admin → Billing → Invoices.

Why  monday.com  handles invoices, not us

Fantasy Media is a third-party developer on the  monday.com  Marketplace.  monday.com  processes all payments, manages all subscriptions, and issues all invoices for Marketplace apps. Because of this:
  • We don't charge customers directly
  • We don't have access to your billing details
  • We can't generate or resend invoices
All invoices must be downloaded from your  monday.com  account.

Download your invoice

Log in to your  monday.com  account.
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
    Select Admin.
    Go to Billing.
Open the Invoices or Billing history tab.
Find the relevant invoice and download it as a PDF.

What the invoice looks like

Marketplace app charges are usually included in the same invoice as your  monday.com  subscription, listed as separate line items.

Can't find your invoice?

Try these in order:
  • Confirm you're an admin on the  monday.com  account — members and guests don't see billing
  • Check with your internal billing or finance admin in case access is restricted
  • Verify the billing period and date range you're looking at
If the invoice is still missing, contact  monday.com  Support — they're the only team with access to billing records.

Contact  monday.com  Support

  • Clarify billing line items
  • Resolve billing access issues
  • Re-issue or correct invoices
