Plans, Billing & Usage

TL;DR: Subitem Automations is usage-based — your monthly quota is the number of automation actions, not users or boards. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month. All billing is handled by  monday.com . Need exact usage numbers? Email us anytime.

How pricing works

Plans are usage-based. Your quota is the number of actions an automation performs each month — not the number of users or boards. Adding teammates doesn't increase your bill; running more automations does.
The quota resets on the 1st of each month, so every month starts fresh.
For the full plan list and pricing, see the  monday.com Marketplace pricing page .

What counts as one "action"?

An action is counted every time an automation does something on your behalf.
  • If the automation makes 1 link or changes 1 status, that's 1 action
  • If it links or updates 10 subitems at once, that's 10 actions
  • Webhooks (the connection between  monday.com  and our app) don't count against your quota — see  Understanding webhooks

What happens when you run out of quota

If you hit your monthly quota, your automations pause until the start of the next month — when your quota refreshes automatically.
We never auto-upgrade your plan. If you need to keep automations running before next month, you can either upgrade manually (the new quota is available immediately) or wait for the reset.
From experience: teams tend to grow into their automation usage. If you hit the limit this month, it's likely to happen again — upgrading to a higher plan usually saves time and reduces interruption.

Tracking your usage

monday.com 's Autopilot hub includes a Usage tab that shows the top 10 most-used automations across your account. You can also export the data — the CSV includes your top 50 automations and integrations.
Because the Usage tab only shows your most-used automations, it doesn't always reflect your exact remaining actions for a third-party app. The most accurate way to check your month-to-date usage is to email us at  hello@fantasymedia.io  — we'll send back your exact numbers within a few hours.
Our system also sends automated email alerts at 50%, 75%, and 100% of your monthly quota — sent to the email of the person who installed the app. For full guidance, see  How do I track my app usage?

Billing

All payments are processed by  monday.com 's native billing system. Since you're already paying  monday.com  for your subscription, there's no separate vendor to approve.
  •  monday.com  only accepts credit cards via the Marketplace
  • For wire transfer or other payment methods, contact your  monday.com  account manager
  • Yearly billing includes an automatic discount of up to 18%

Pricing changes over time

We occasionally update our plans and the actions included in each tier. When that happens, existing customers stay on the pricing version they originally subscribed to — new pricing only applies to new installs.
You can always check your current plan in the Marketplace: open the puzzle icon → search the app → See plans.
