How to upgrade your plan

TL;DR: Open  monday.com  → Apps (puzzle icon) → Manage → find Subitem Automations → "See plans" → choose plan → checkout. Your new quota activates immediately.

Before you start

  • You need to be a  monday.com  admin or account owner. Members and guests can't upgrade Marketplace apps.
  • The upgrade applies to your entire  monday.com  account, not to an individual user. Quota is shared across everyone in the account — you don't pay per user.
  • Yearly billing automatically includes a discount of up to 18% at checkout.

Upgrade your plan

    Open any  monday.com  board.
    Click the puzzle icon in the top-right header to open the  monday.com  Marketplace panel.
    Click Manage in the top-right of the Marketplace panel.
    Find Subitem Automations in your installed apps and click the green See plans button on the right.
    Choose your plan and proceed to checkout.

What happens after you upgrade

  • Your new quota is available immediately
  • Any automations that paused due to quota exhaustion resume right away
  • The upgrade is account-wide — every user shares the new quota

Don't see the "See plans" button?

This usually means one of three things:
  • You're not an admin or account owner. Ask your  monday.com  admin to complete the upgrade.
  • The app is installed under a different  monday.com  account. Make sure you're logged into the right account.
  • The Marketplace UI didn't fully load. Refresh the page or open the puzzle icon from a different board.
