Plans, Billing & Usage

TL;DR: Outlook Calendar Integration Plus is usage-based — you get a set number of sync actions per month depending on your plan. Start free with 10 actions/month, upgrade anytime. All plans include full 2-way sync, unlimited users, and full mapping and subitems support.

Pricing & plans

Get started for free, upgrade anytime to a plan that works for your team. Yearly billing saves 25%.
Our plans are usage-based, meaning your quota is determined by the number of automation actions performed. The number of actions resets at the beginning of each month, ensuring a fresh start for your workflow. For more information about click here:  Pricing & Plans
All plans include: Full 2-way sync (monday Outlook), unlimited users, full mapping & subitems support.

What's a sync action?

A sync action is counted every time the app creates or updates an event or item on your behalf.
  • If the integration created or updated 1 event in your calendar — that's 1 action
  • If it updated 10 events at once — that's 10 actions
For a deeper breakdown, see  How actions are counted .

What happens when I run out of quota?

If you reach your monthly quota, your syncs will be paused until the start of the next month when your quota resets. We do not automatically upgrade your plan.
To continue syncing immediately:
  • Upgrade to a higher plan — this refreshes your quota instantly, and all paused syncs resume
  • Wait for the next month — your quota resets and syncs resume automatically
From our experience, teams tend to use more sync actions over time as they add new syncs and boards. If you hit your limit this month, it's likely to happen again — upgrading ensures uninterrupted syncing.

Billing & Monetization

All payments are processed through  monday.com 's native billing system, ensuring maximum security and seamless transactions. Since you’re already paying through  monday.com , there’s no need to approve a separate vendor.
Currently, we only accept credit cards—if you need to pay via wire transfer, contact your monday account manager for assistance.
  • Monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves 25%)
  • Credit card payments through  monday.com

Usage

Currently, there is no self-serve way to track your remaining actions for a third-party app in  monday.com 's user interface, but there is a "Usage" tab in monday's Autopilot hub section.
The Usage tab shows the top 10 most-used automations in your entire monday account. If you have more than 10 automations, you can also export the data within the Usage tab. The exported CSV file will include your top 50 automations and integrations.
Since the Usage tab only shows your most-used automations, it doesn't always show the accurate number of actions you've used on a third-party app.
The most effective way to accurately check your month-to-date usage and remaining actions is by contacting us directly. Feel free to reach out to us anytime at  hello@fantasymedia.io .
Our system also sends automated email notifications to the email address on file (usually the email of the person who installed the app) when you reach 50%, 75%, and 100% of your quota.

Common gotchas

  • Your quota resets on the first day of each month
  • Once you subscribe to a plan, you're locked into that pricing version — if we update pricing later, it only applies to new users. Your plan stays the same
  • You can always check your plan details in the  monday.com  Marketplace: navigate to the Marketplace → search for the app → see plans
  • Upgrading immediately refreshes your quota — no need to wait for the next month
