How do I track my app usage?
TL;DR: monday.com 's Autopilot hub gives a partial view (top automations only). For your exact month-to-date usage and remaining quota, email us at hello@fantasymedia.io — we'll send you the precise numbers within a few hours. We also email you automatically at 50%, 75%, and 100% of quota.
What monday.com shows you
monday.com has a Usage tab inside the Autopilot hub. Open it from the robot icon at the top right of monday.com .
The Usage tab shows your top most-used automations across your entire monday.com account. If you have more than that, you can export a CSV that includes the top 50 automations and integrations.

Because the Usage tab is capped at the top 10 / top 50 automations, it won't show your exact total Connected Boards Automations usage if you run many automations. Use the methods below for accurate numbers.
The Connections tab
The Autopilot Hub also has a Connections tab that shows every board with automations on it — useful when you need to find or audit boards using Connected Boards Automations.

Usually replied to within one business day.
Automatic email notifications
Our system sends automated emails to the address on file (typically the admin who installed the app) when usage hits:
- 50% of your monthly quota
- 75% of your monthly quota
- 100% of your monthly quota
If you're not receiving these, check that the install-admin's email is current and that emails from
fantasymedia.io aren't being filtered.Common gotchas
- Webhooks don't count toward your usage. Only the actions automations actually perform are counted. See Understanding webhooks for the full picture.
- Bulk actions are counted individually. If an automation updates 10 connected items in one go, that's 10 actions — not 1.
- Quota resets on the 1st of every month — unused actions don't roll over.
- If you run out of quota mid-month, automations pause until the reset (or until you upgrade — the new quota is available immediately).
