How to Upgrade Your Connected Boards Automations Plan in monday.com

If you’re enjoying Subitem Automations and want to increase your monthly quota (or switch to a higher tier), you can upgrade directly through the  monday.com  Marketplace in just a few clicks.

How to Upgrade Your Plan

    Open any  monday.com  board.
    Click the Puzzle icon in the top-right header.
    The  monday.com  Marketplace panel will open — click Manage (top-right corner).
    You’ll see a list of all installed third-party apps in your account.
    Find Connected Boards Automations, and click the green “See plans” button on the right.
    Choose your desired plan and proceed to checkout.
That’s it — your upgraded plan will apply immediately after purchase.
Check Mark Button Upgrade applies to your entire  monday.com  accountThe subscription is tied to your  monday.com  instance, not to an individual user.
Check Mark Button Quota is shared across all usersEveryone in your account shares the same monthly automation quota, so you do not need to pay separately per user.
Warning Only account owners or admins can upgradeIf you don’t see the “See plans” option or can’t checkout, ask your  monday.com  account owner or admin to complete the upgrade.
Money Bag Annual plans include an automatic discount (up to 18%)When selecting Yearly billing,  monday.com  will automatically apply the discount at checkout.


Red Question Mark Still Not Seeing the Upgrade Option?

If you’re not seeing “See plans” for Subitem Automations in the Manage screen, it’s usually one of these reasons:
  • You’re not an admin/account owner
  • The app is installed under a different  monday.com  account
  • The Marketplace UI didn’t fully load (try refreshing or opening from another board)
