What's an action?
An action is counted every time the automation performs a task on your behalf. For example, If the automation made 1 link or performed one status change, it's counted as 1 action. If it made 10 links at once, it's counted as 10 actions.
What happens when I run out of quota?
If you reach your monthly quota, your automations will be paused until the start of the next month when your quota resets. We do not automatically upgrade your plan, so if you need to continue running automations, you’ll need to manually upgrade or wait for the beggining of next month. Upgrading immediately refreshes your quota, and all paused automations will resume working as usual.
From our experience, teams tend to use more automations over time as they add new boards and workflows. If you hit your limit this month, it's likely to happen again next month—so we recommend upgrading to a higher plan to ensure uninterrupted automation.
Do You Change Pricing?
Yes, we occasionally update our pricing and the number of actions included in each plan. However, once you subscribe to a plan, you are locked into a specific pricing version—a set of plans that was available at the time you installed the app. When we introduce a new pricing version, it only applies to new users, while you will continue on the same plan structure you initially subscribed to.
You can always check your plan details in the marketplace. Navigate to the marketplace → Search for the app → See Plans → See all the available plans.
Billing & Monetization
All payments are processed through monday.com's native billing system, ensuring maximum security and seamless transactions. Since you’re already paying through monday.com, there’s no need to approve a separate vendor. Currently, we only accept credit cards—if you need to pay via wire transfer, contact your monday account manager for assistance.
Usage
At the moment, there is no built-in dashboard to track your monthly usage. However, we send automated email notifications when you reach 50%, 75%, and 100% of your quota. If you want to know your usage throughout the month, feel free to reach out to us at hello@fantasymedia.io.
