How to Access Invoices for Connected Boards Automations on the monday.com Marketplace

If you’ve purchased a subscription for a  Fantasy Media app  (such as Connected Boards Automations, etc.) and need an invoice, this guide will walk you through exactly where and how to find it.

Why Fantasy Media Cannot Issue Invoices

Fantasy Media LTD is a third-party app developer on the  monday.com  Marketplace.
All payments, subscriptions, and invoices for Marketplace apps are:
  • Processed directly by  monday.com 
  • Included in your  monday.com  billing
  • Managed entirely inside  monday.com ’s billing system
Because of this:
  • We do not charge customers directly
  • We do not have access to billing details
  • We cannot generate or resend invoices
All invoices must be downloaded directly from your  monday.com  account.

Where to Find Your Invoices in  monday.com 

Invoices for Marketplace apps (including Fantasy Media apps) are available in your  monday.com  Billing section. Check out Monday's article here:

Step-by-Step: Download Your Invoice

    Log in to your  monday.com  account
    Click your profile picture in the top-right corner
    Select Admin
    Go to Billing
    Open the Invoices or Billing history tab
    Locate the relevant invoice
    Download the invoice as a PDF


What the invoice looks like


Light Bulb Marketplace app charges are typically included in the same invoice as your  monday.com  subscription or listed as line items within it.

Accessing Invoices from the App’s Marketplace Billing Page

In addition to the main  monday.com  Billing area, you can also access your invoices directly from the Marketplace app billing page for the Fantasy Media app you subscribed to (for example, Connected Boards Automations).

Step-by-Step: Access Invoices via the Marketplace App Page

    Log in to your  monday.com  account
    Click the puzzle icon at the top-right corner to open the Monday Marketplace page
    Click Manage
    Find Connected Boards Automations (or the relevant Fantasy Media app) and click the three-dotted menu next to the "See plans" button
    Select Billing
    This opens the app’s Billing section
    Click on the three-dotted menu to download your app invoice
From there, you will see:
  • Your current subscription plan
  • Billing details managed by  monday.com 
  • A link or reference to your billing history and invoices
Pushpin Important: While this page shows subscription and billing information related to the app, all invoices are still generated and stored by  monday.com ’s billing system. Downloading the invoice will redirect you to the official  monday.com  billing interface.

Can’t See Your Invoice?

If you don’t see the invoice you’re looking for, or if billing access is restricted in your account:
  • Make sure you are an Admin on the  monday.com  account
  • Check with your internal billing or finance admin
  • Verify the billing period and date range
If the invoice is still missing,  monday.com  Support is the only team that can assist.
