Missing Permissions to Create

If you encounter the following error: "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again or contact the developer", you might have permissions issues that prevent you from creating.
To troubleshoot this, you will need to check the permissions to ensure you can create automation via the app.
There are 3 levels of permissions - Account, Workspace & Board.

Account Level Permissions

Navigate to the avatar menu on the upper left corner → Administration → Permissions.
Here, you will see different roles - Admin, member, guest, etc.
You will need to make sure that the user trying to create the automation (based on their role) is allowed to:
Create automation / integrations
Create Integrations → Webhooks


Workspace Level Permissions

Navigate to the workspace dropdown → Select the relevant workspace → Permissions.
Here, you will see different roles - Workspace owner, Workspace Member, Workspace non-member
You will need to make sure that the user trying to create the automation (based on their role) is allowed to:
Create automation / integrations
Create Integrations → Webhooks

Board Level Permissions

Navigate to the board menu (3 dots) → Permissions.
Here, you will see different permissions levels. You will need to make sure that the user trying to create the automation is allowed to (one of the first two options is selected):


Additional troubleshooting

In case all permissions are in place but you're still getting this error message, uninstall the app and re-install it. Simply click on the puzzle icon at the upper right corner of the screen to open Monday's Marketplace page Select the app Click the three-dotted menu Uninstall.
When done, re-install the app and add it to the relevant workspaces (you can select All Workspaces). For your reference, see article on  how to install the Subitem Automations app .
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Uninstalling and re-installing the app will reset the app's connection to your Monday account which usually resolves this isolated problem. All automations you've previously created using our app will be deleted automatically during this process and you'll need to recreate them.
