How It Works:

    Choose your trigger:Decide whether to trigger the automation on item creation or when a status changes to a specific value.
    Select the entities:choose between items and subitems you want to connect between your boards.

    Define matching logic:Choose the columns in both boards that should be used to identify matching items (e.g., Client ID, Project Name, Ticket #).
